Surrounded by greenery and tranquility, just 3.5 km from Siena, this farmhouse offers a guest apartment with a private entrance on the ground floor of a historic country house, lovingly restored in traditional style. The property is a working fruit and vegetable farm, located at the crossroads of scenic trails, only 1.6 km from the Via Francigena and a short walk from Belcaro Castle, which you can reach along a charming road lined with centuries-old holm oaks that stays refreshingly cool in summer. You’ll be welcomed by the owner, a nature lover who personally tends the large vegetable garden, the grounds, and the animals, or by her daughters: Cinzia, a certified tour and hiking guide, and Laura, a yoga teacher. Upon request, they can organize tours, excursions, and yoga classes for an extra fee. Guests have access to parking, the garden, and the courtyard in front of the apartment. The farmhouse is in a peaceful rural area but not isolated, surrounded by other two-story houses, each with its own private garden. The paved road leads right up to the house gate.
